The Department of Ecology is recruiting for a Marine Spatial Plan Coordinator (Environmental Planner 2) position in the Shorelands and Environmental Assistance (SEA) Program. This 18-month project position will be located in our Headquarters Office in Lacey and will work with a talented and dedicated team of people working in shoreline, coastal, and floodplain management. This project position provides support in research, data analysis and outreach efforts on our marine waters. The position reports to the Coastal/Shorelands Section Manager and serves as a journey level environmental planner ensuring effective implementation of the state's Marine Spatial Plan (MSP) through targeted education and outreach and the evaluation of scientific data for management of ocean resources on Wash
