Expected Dates June 12, 2017 to September 17, 2017 Site Mount Rainier National Park Position ID PO-00723144 This position will coordinate community volunteers helping to document amphibian populations and aquatic ecosystems throughout Mount Rainier National Park, monitoring changes over time. This will add to our knowledge of the park and its resources, and also engage members of the public in significant work collecting field data to preserve those resources. During the internship, the incumbent will spend approximately 40 hours/week on the following:
  1. Recruit, train, organize and lead Volunteer-In-Park volunteers in conducting surveys of amphibians according to protocols established by the Mount Rainier National Park Biologist;
