Every day TCV works across the UK to create healthier and happier communities for everyone - communities where our activities have a lasting impact on people’s health, prospects and outdoor places. The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) is working with Croydon Council (CC) to undertake a community and environmental project over a broad area of Croydon and encompassing many of the ponds that occur there. The project, funded by The Heritage Lottery Fund, is designed to ensure the sustainable management of the ponds into the future through the input of volunteer and community groups, as well as recognising and recording the biodiversity and historical value of the ponds.
