POSITION SUMMARY The John Arthur Woollam Preserve Assistant performs and participates in preserve operations, maintenance, management and public outreach. This is a part-time 3 hour per week, temporary position with an employment duration that begins approximately May 8, 2017 and ends no later than August 25, 2017. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The John Arthur Woollam Preserve Assistant will work independently maintaining preserve areas frequented by the visiting public at our John Arthur Woollam Preserve, and other nearby preserves within the vicinity of Cedarville, MI. S/he regularly and professionally interacts and educates preserve visitors on allowable uses. S/he maintains trails, signs and other preserve infrastructure in good condition.
