POSITION SUMMARY The Urban Conservation Program Manager will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that will protect, conserve, enhance and best utilize natural systems for the benefit of nature and people in urban environments, including increasing the resilience of urban areas to environmental changes and challenges. The Urban Program Manager leads The Conservancy’s Florida Chapter in expanding a cutting edge urban conservation program in Miami and southeast Florida, primarily working out of the Coral Gables TNC office, and applying urban conservation strategies in other urban centers in Florida, as appropriate.
