We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help support and co-ordinate the team of volunteers that we have undertaking surveys across Yorkshire. This role is partly office based but will also involve some survey work on the ground. You will be given initial training in this role and will then be in a position to: - be a point of contact for the volunteers on behalf of YWT - provide them with survey maps for the places they will survey (most of the volunteers have done this before and just need updated maps) - respond to any questions or problems that they may have (support available from YWT Wildlife Data Officer in dealing with any problems) - Collect and collate the completed survey maps at the end of the survey season. - Undertake breeding bird surveys of your own on various
