We are looking for someone to join our Volunteering Development Team who shares our passion for volunteering and helping people utlise their skills and talents to help save nature. If that's you read on.

We want you to provide the highest level of support to our greatest asset - our volunteers, be the first point of contact for enquiries about volunteering with the RSPB, manage the recruitment and placement of volunteers at RSPB Headquarters and support our staff in managing volunteering effectively. 

Using your expertise; creativity and innovation you will work with colleagues across the RSPB on projects to transform the breadth and scope of the volunteering opportunities we offer.
