• Contribute to the delivery of a number of targets and objectives in support of a work area and the spending of any associated budget. 
• Work closely with the Senior Reserve Manager at the NNR, liaising on day to day to tasks and priorities. 
• Respond to queries, providing advice and guidance in a specific work area 
• Take the lead with specific stakeholders/customers in own work area 
• Deal with issues and problems relating to own work area 
• Make decisions relating to routine delivery of own work and management of contractors working on-site. 
• Plan and deliver a programme of activities/events to raise awareness of the natural environment, and designed for the public, including children visitors to Lindisfarne NNR.
