Salary: £24,500- £26,500 per annum depending on experience.

Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of ’s wildlife and wild places.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our West Norfolk reserve management team to work on some of the County’s premier nature reserves. We would like to provide the opportunities for development for the person in post to be a Reserves Manager of the future. This is a permanent position with a 7% employer’s contribution to the company Aviva pension scheme.

We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of wildlife conservation and the practical management techniques used to maintain heathland, mire, grassland and woodland habitats and species. You will have experience of livestock management, chainsaw use, invasive weed control and use of tractors and machinery for conservation. Good organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team.
