Working closely with the Director of Communications, Marketing & Membership; the Director of Policy & Public Affairs; the Director of Research and other Directors; the Writer and Research Specialist is responsible for researching, writing and editing articles, publications and wider communications materials.

Main responsibilities

1) Reading and assimilating information published in scientific and grey literature on specified topics set by Directors; in accordance with the communications plan. Conducting own investigative desk research to find and collate relevant content around the subject.

2) Validation and expanding the brief from Directors through interviewing GWCT research, policy and advisory staff to both gather information and check accuracy of interp
