Have you experience of working with young people? We are looking for someone who is passionate about connecting young people and their families to nature and who can enthuse staff and volunteers across the Midlands to do the same. You'll have experience and knowledge of working with a wide range of people, training others and of what makes a great connection activity. You'll be working closely with our network of youth groups, supporting them in how they can deliver a high quality programme. You will also spend time with staff and volunteers both on and off our nature reserves, ensuring they are maximising opportunities for young people to experience nature first hand.
