Description The Indonesia Marine Program Advisor will play a dynamic and wide-ranging role in securing the long-term sustainability of all CI Indonesia marine programs, with a strong focus on the Bird's Head Seascape initiative, as well as developing new seascape, site-based, and fisheries management initiatives within Indonesia. S/he will be responsible for providing both strategic technical support and management backstopping to CI Indonesia’s entire marine portfolio, including long-term conservation planning, fundraising and proposal development, donor reporting and management, and capacity-building/mentoring of key marine program staff and governmental and other partners.
