Reflecting backward, reflecting forward is the last of five units that together make up the Learning to learn course. This course focuses on reflecting backward and reflecting forward, and there is information about CVs and reflection.

We strongly recommend that you study this course after you have worked through the other OpenLearn free courses that make up Learning to learn.

If you have already done this, you have almost reached the end of Learning to learn, which emphasises that learning can help you continue to achieve change in your life. It is also an opportunity to review your work in these units and of Learning to learn as a whole.

Reflecting backward, reflecting forward is the most future orientated, it encourages you to go on making plans for your future through a series of activities within the course.
