This course aims to help you achieve your goals for change and development, focusing on different ways in which you can build up useful information about yourself.

To do this, you are asked to gather evidence in order to complete an ‘audit’ of the qualities, knowledge and skills that you already have. Don’t be put off by the word ‘audit’. We’ve used it to emphasise that the information you collect is useful and valuable.
