Working with a small group of fellow students, you will be taught by academic experts and industrial professionals to maximise your theoretical and practical knowledge. You will learn to identify and recognise the diversity of plant life in the laboratory and the field. Practical skills such as vegetation survey and assessment and geographic information systems are taught as part of this course. You will also have the opportunity to learn professional skills to ensure that you can enter a wide range of careers.
