The Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research (IZW) in Berlin is looking for a quantitative scientist with a proven track record in dynamical modelling of wildlife populations and communities in space and time. Specifically, they are looking for a BioStatistician with strong background in one or several topics such as network theory and analysis, dynamic species interaction models, expertise in the analysis of animal (re-)location data and data integration techniques. The candidate is supposed to support in-house projects with statistical advice and develop an own research agenda. The position also welcomes support in teaching duties. Prerequisites:
