The Action for Nature Organiser will work with communities to build their collective power, facilitate action and effect change. Reaching out to a diverse range of people, listening to their ideas, understanding their motivations and connecting people together to identify shared aims that will help take action for nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empowerment, action and movement building
    • Develop relationships and identify passions, interests, motivations, barriers to build a picture of people’s lives in their neighbourhood / community.
    • Engage everybody and anyone ensuring inclusivity and equality by going to where people are.
    • Use stories and information to identify issues and analyse information to agree actions to take.
