We are seeking a suitably skilled and  enthusiastic individual to undertake relevant strategic initiatives as detailed in the Adelaide Hills Council's Strategic Plan and underpinning Biodiversity Strategy. You will have either a tertiary qualification in an area related to environmental, conservation or biodiversity management, or an equivalent level of of experience, expertise and competence. You will be accredited in Bushland Assessment Methodology through the Native Vegetation Management Unit (Department of Environment and Water), and have a sound knowledge of the native and exotic flora of the Mount Lofty Ranges. Your excellent vegetation monitoring skills and knowledge of GIS spatial programs will be critical to your success in this role.
