Context: Provides administrative support for the gift planning program, including directly supporting estates administration duties. Scope: The Advancement Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions including: drafting and mailing standard letters and check memos, scanning and uploading documents into the database; coding new estates that have been reviewed; tracking and contacting estates for requested documents; filling out bequest claim forms and tracking their progress, printing and assembling charitable gift annuity packets. Job Activities:
  1. Drafts and mails standard communications including new estate, condolence, closed estate, and acknowledgement letters.
