The Agriculture Programs Manager develops and manages agricultural water quality programs for the State Natural Resources Conservation Council (NRCC) and the Vermont Association of Conservation Districts (VACD).  The Manager provides leadership and support to Vermont’s Natural Resources Conservation Districts in their efforts to help agricultural producers protect and enhance soil and water quality, strengthen farm viability, and comply with state water quality regulations.
