Job Description:
The Great Basin Institute, in cooperation with the US Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), is recruiting two Aquatic Survey Technicians to survey streams occupied by Lahontan cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii henshawi) and bull trout (Salvelinus confluentus), species federally listed as Threatened. The Aquatic Survey Technicians will coordinate with Service Fish and Wildlife biologists and other Federal agency specialists in the following field activities: • Survey designated streams/reaches according to specified protocols • Collect various fish species using electrofishing and a variety of other tec
