Environmental Institute of Houston (EIH) is seeking to fill two full-time seasonal positions to assist with field efforts, specifically with a study documenting alligator snapping turtle populations and a routine water quality monitoring project. All work will be based out of Houston, but extensive travel is required to conduct field work throughout east Texas (especially in November and December). This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable field experience with habitat assessment, collecting genetic samples, conducting aquatic turtle field surveys, and assisting with routine water quality monitoring. This is a temporary/seasonal opportunity. Please share!
