The Division of Business, Communication, and the Environment at Southern Oregon University (SOU) is seeking candidates for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track, Assistant Professor in ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Environmental Science & Policy, with a specialization in ecology.  The successful candidate will be asked to teach upper-division courses in the natural sciences related to forest ecology, restoration ecology, climatology, fire ecology, and natural resource management.  The candidate will also be asked to contribute to introductory environmental science including courses in both the physical and natural sciences.  The successful candidate may also be able to teach upper-division courses in their field of interest.
