We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy team in delivering our habit management and infrastructure maintenance across a suite of reserves throughout Dorset. You will be leading up teams of volunteers for practical tasks and surveying, maintaining machinery, paths and structures and keeping records of all we do and how we have done it. We are lucky to have a huge range of habitats and species so you will never get bored or stop learning and we hope you will inspire everyone you meet and work alongside to be as passionate about our countryside as you are. This will be a very practical role so get ready to roll your sleeves up and demonstrate your practical skills and ability to work with, lead or direct the wonderful team around you.
