We are recruiting for an Assistant Warden to support the warden team with the annual work programme at Frampton Marsh and Freiston shore, working on a range of habitats including coastal saltmarsh, lowland wet grassland, freshwater scrapes, reedbed, saline lagoon and a soon-to-be created regulated tidal exchange. Based out of the office at Frampton Marsh, you will deliver infrastructure maintenance and repairs and biological surveys. You will assist with the management of two weekly work parties, working closely with and managing volunteers and interns and ensuring everyone works safely and in accordance with risk assessments.
