The Associate Director of Development I (ADOD I) is responsible for building a portfolio of qualified donors and developing relationships. They will lead the engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of 60-100 current and prospective donors with capacity to make annual gifts of five-figures or more to support Wyoming’s priorities, as well as TNC’s regional and global conservation priorities. They are experienced in designing and executing strategies to move new or membership-level donors to a major gifts level.
