The Associate Director of Development, New York and Caribbean (ADoD) will work as part of the New York Development team within the TNC-NY development division under the Associate Director of Development III, TNC-NY. The position will be responsible for raising resources for the Caribbean (70% FTE) and New York State (30% FTE) from donors throughout the world with a focus on the New York Metro Market, and will provide support functions such as research, brief development, writing, stewardship, and donor engagement.
