Job Summary AECOM is seeking a highly experienced and talented Associate to strengthen and enhance the growth of the ecology team in our Birmingham and Croydon offices. The ideal candidate will be given the platform to showcase their ability to scope out and win new work as well as project manage and oversee the rapid build of surveys and project coordination teams and manage project level delivery of major infrastructure projects, whether uni-disciplinary (ecology) or across environmental disciplines, particularly focusing on large scale projects both in terms of geographical range, the management of staff resources and the volume of surveys and deliverables. AECOM is also looking for an exceptional candidate who can support and drive innovation, particularly wit
