Position Overview The Associate, System Administrator will oversee and maintain all aspects of the enterprise infrastructure as well as assist with customer support request. This includes maintaining networks, servers, and identifying causes and solutions related to technical request. Overall duties include but are not limited to: Systems support:
  • Monitor, manage and maintain Windows based virtual servers on prem and in cloud environment.
  • Manage services for Microsoft related technologies: Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune, Identity management, O365 applications and services.
  • Support and maintain the network: physical and virtual WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, and security.
  • Perform patch management
