Audubon’s Women in Conservation program provides career opportunities for young women in the environmental field. Each spring and summer, we offer seasonal positions for young women to advance our conservation work and further develop young women’s skills and knowledge in the field of wildlife conservation. Audubon North Carolina, the state office of the National Audubon Society, works with landowners to enhance and improve habitats that benefit priority birds in ways that align  with landowner goals and objectives. This internship will work with our private lands biologists to identify opportunities to expand and build on our forestry work with minority landowners.  This work will build relationships that enable the delivery of technical and financial assistance to these communit
