Your tasks and responsibilities Evaluate effects of Bayer crop protection products on vertebrates (birds, mammals or fish) based on results from laboratory experiments and (semi-)field studies Assist our technical team (who will conduct the studies) by contributing to study design, result interpretation and extrapolation to untested situations (e.g. different species, exposure situation, climate) Contribute to the environmental risk assessment of the products: use and evaluate all available information (literature, results from experiments, etc.) in order to define the risk profile of the product for vertebrates linking output from different studies to the specific protection goals Engagement in interdisciplinary internal and external scientific projects to tackle emerging new concerns
