Be The Change Earth Alliance (BTCEA) Be The Change Earth Alliance (BTCEA) is an bold, agile and creative charitable organization founded in 2005 with a mission to support global sustainability through education that empowers personal and collective change. We have engaging programs for adults in community and workplace as well as for students in middle and secondary schools. Our ‘Student Leadership for Change’ (SLC) learning resources have been developed collaboratively with teachers and used in hundreds of classrooms throughout Metro Vancouver.
