Mammal Project Field Officer The Mammal Project Field Officer helps to deliver BBOWT’s water vole recovery project and badger vaccination programme. The role involves a significant amount of field work which includes lone-working and working some unsociable hours, particularly during the summer months. Key duties will be co-ordinating and undertaking water vole surveys, badger surveys and badger vaccinations in priority areas, promoting and helping to deliver mink control to protect water voles and providing support for habitat enhancement work. The post holder will train and oversee volunteers to assist in delivering the project’s objectives. The ideal applicant will have proven field skills in mammal surveying and trapping along with experience of data collation and report writin
