The Sub-Group Coordinators run Sub-Groups in particular areas which are a long term focus for the Working Group. Sub-Group Coordinators manage a small team of Sub-Group Members, working on specific tasks. The Sub-Group Coordinator reports activity to the Chairs and the Steering Committee.

Key Tasks:

 To ensure that the Sub-Group is working to meet its agreed goals  To recruit and communicate with Sub-Group members, and co-ordinate activity  To produce a written report on the Sub-Group’s activities annually  To report verbally on Sub-Group activities at Steering Committee Meetings  To complete any activities necessary to meet the agreed goals of the Sub-Group, with the assistance of the Sub-Group members
