The Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) provides advice and technical support to the UK Government, the Overseas Territories and other international partners to implement Multi-lateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs), and build capacity through UK and international partnerships, and project implementation, to manage and enhance biodiversity.
