Bird Aware Solent are looking for a Ranger to join the team. Bird Aware Solent Rangers raise awareness of birds that spend time on our Solent coastline, encouraging everyone to share our shores with wildlife. We promote responsible recreation on the Solent coast to protect overwintering birds.   Rangers patrol the coast providing a positive and engaging presence for a diverse range of visitors, including dog walkers. You’ll need great communication skills and to be especially confident in striking up good rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds to encourage behaviour change.
