Blue Hill Heritage Trust is looking for an energetic and dedicated forester/forest ecologist to join our stewardship staff. The Trust has recently acquired large forest blocks, which it will use for education, research and long-term conservation forest management. These parcels have been logged hard in the recent past, and we are looking for someone with the skills and vision to begin the process of rehabilitation. The goal is to manage for long-term ecological health, wildlife habitat and sustainable forest products. We very much want these forests to be part of our educational outreach, and we are seeking a person who is interested in teaching people about forests and forest management, as well as practicing these things. This position will also be involved in the stewardship of the Trus
