An evaluation of the project “An aquaculture industry for Madagascar – increased and diversified sources of  revenue in Southwest Madagascar (2016-2019)” shall be carried out in 2019, in accordance with the requirements stated in the current framework agreement GLO 0612 – QZA 15/0475 between the Norwegian organization The Royal Norwegian Society for Development (Norges Vel) and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad). Considering that 2019 is the last year of this project period the end review will focus on the outcomes and to what extent these have been reached. The review will also assess to what extent the project has had an impact on the increased and diversified sources for sustainable revenues for both men and women in the designed area of Southwest Madagasc
