Summary Job Description
We are seeking a resourceful, passionate and culture-sensitive manager, with proven experience in partnerships management, facilitation of learning and exchanges and project management to support our outreach partnerships and emerging learning network.

The Partnerships and Network Manager will play an important role within our small but growing team in Denpasar and will report directly to Blue Ventures’ Outreach Regional Programmes Manager, also based in Denpasar. Central to the role’s responsibilities include managing the relationships we have established with our partner organisations across Indonesia, consisting of community-based organisations (CBOs) and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). This will include understanding and assessing technical support needs, supporting the development of context-specific logframes and coordinating the provision of technical support to our partners from our team of technicians and specialists. Overseeing the provision of technical and financial support, this role will play a key role in seeing our partnerships succeed and grow.
