We are currently recruiting a Fisheries and Conservation Science Manager to lead our science team in Belize and promote good governance principles for the management of small-scale fisheries, including the nascent invasive lionfish fishery. The position will deliver national lionfish management goals through working with Belize’s Lionfish Working Group, support Sarteneja’s small-scale fishers’ associations, and ensure monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) is properly documented and reported for all of Blue Ventures’ programs in Belize.
