Overview: This position is part of a partnership between the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division, Bobwhite Quail Initiative (BQI) and Quail Forever, Inc.  The technician will conduct habitat monitoring work on public and private land, population monitoring (covey counts, breeding bird counts, setting up automated recording units) and may also work on other GADNR private lands program and Quail Forever biologists to assist in conservation delivery.  This is a full-time, hourly employee of Quail Forever, Inc. and will receive daily leadership from the GADNR State Quail Coordinator and supervision from the Quail Forever Georgia State Coordinator.
