The British Antarctic Survey (BAS), part of the Natural Environment Research Council, aims to undertake a world-class programme of scientific research, and to sustain for the UK an active and influential regional presence and a leadership role in Antarctic affairs. We are looking to appoint a Geospatial Web Services Developer within the BAS Mapping and Geographic Information Centre (MAGIC). We require someone enthusiastic and conscientious to lead the development of geospatial information services which support BAS science, logistics and external projects. You will have solid web development skills, focused on open source geospatial tools such as postgres, geoserver and openlayers.
