BTO is entering its final year of the organisational strategy 2015-2020 and growing our financial independence is a priority for the Fundraising Team. In 2018/19 we have seen our voluntary income grow from £2.5 million to £3 million, playing a vital role in enabling us to deliver our mission. Together with other donations and grants, voluntary income formed 47% of total group income, which we hope to raise to 50% in the medium term. To enable the Fundraising Team to reach ambitious targets, the post-holder will provide full administrative support to the Head of Fundraising and five fundraisers.
