The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (BBCT) is looking for a full time Support Services Officer to provide an excellent customer service experience to BBCT’s members, donors, and other supporters. Your primary role will be to:- • Be the first line of contact for our members • To provide excellent customer service at all times • To manage membership, trade and donor income received by using the Trusts CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system Donorflex Intro: As the Support Services Officer reporting to the Fundraising Manager (Individuals) (FRIND) your role will be primarily customer service and income management. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Trusts’ membership database and the annual renewal strategy to assist in the retention of members.
