An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join the Countryside and Landscape team to help drive forward the proposals contained in the Sustaining Caerphilly's Landscape Strategy. The role, which is mainly environmentally focused, involves working with statutory agencies, land owners and community groups to ensure the co ordinated delivery of the strategy and will involve an element of physical work as well as managing contractors. The Strategy covers a wide area of land to the south and east of Caerphilly and the communities involved are both urban and rural.   Good communication skills are required and a proven knowledge of environmental issues and the development of working partnerships and project management.
