One biological science technician position to support habitat restoration and data management is available in Channel Islands National Park, Ventura, CA. Habitat restoration work is being conducted to address impacts to seabird populations caused by marine contamination (primarily DDT) in the Southern California Bight (www.montroserestoration.noaa.gov, https://www.ciesresearch.org). This is a full time, field and office-based position pending funding with the majority of work conducted on Anacapa Island and in the office located in the Ventura harbor.
