The Campaign Director leads a multidisciplinary team to plan, develop, implement, and win Oceana’s policy campaigns on climate and energy issues. Candidates must have experience working on and leading campaigns designed to make changes in environmental policy or a related issue area.  To be successful, the candidate should be a skilled and experienced manager and leader, a strategic thinker, a clear communicator, a persuasive advocate and have background in energy policy, marine pollution, or climate issues. The campaign director reports to the Vice President for the United States.
