The student will be responsible for a research project on whale conservation. The project will involve investigations on whale movement patterns, or on activities that can injure or kill whales and marine mammals (e.g. fisheries entanglements and ship strikes). The student will be responsible for learning the relevant and assigned literature, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. The position may also assist in other indirect but related activities within the CWF Marine Conservation program. Requirements: Communication Skills This position is expected to have good written communication skills in English, and to be able to show improvement in those skills.
