The Captain of Field Operations directs area efforts toward the accomplishment of goals, objectives, and performance measures through the assignment of area operations staff to provide services to meet the agency's overall mission. The Captain participates in internal manager level work-groups that develop Department strategies for the conservation and management of wildlife resources statewide.
