We are looking for a Community Forest Manager to assist the trustees with the development and implementation of plans for the future of 64 hectares of community woodland at Gillies Hill, on the outskirts of Stirling. We have recently purchased the land with support from the Scottish Land Fund. This post is funded by the SLF for 2 years. You will have demonstrable experience in woodland management and forestry operations, excellent general organisational and management skills, a good attention to detail and a talent at problem solving.
